At Priyanka Verma, each garment is made-to-order and meticulously handcrafted exclusively for you. Owing to the bespoke nature of our creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any domestic or international orders.

However, in case your order requires alterations, our team will be happy to assist you. You may reach out to us via call or WhatsApp (8860369191) during office hours. In the rare instance of a damaged or defective product, clients are eligible for a refund in the form of store credit, valid for 6 months. This store credit can be redeemed at priyankaverma.in, excluding during sale periods.

Please note that a product may be returned only upon receiving prior confirmation from Team Priyanka Verma. Any unsolicited or unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and customers will be responsible for scheduling and managing the pick-up of such parcels.

When returning an approved item, please ensure that:

  • The garment is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It is securely packed in its original packaging.

Once the product is received, the final decision regarding the acceptance of the return or exchange will rest solely with Team Priyanka Verma, based on the condition of the returned garment and adherence to the communicated timelines.

Order cancellation policy:

Customers may cancel their purchase and request a refund within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests received after this 24-hour period, and no refunds will be processed in such cases.

If the cancellation request is approved, our team will issue a credit note within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. The issued credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation and can be redeemed for future purchases.

In case you wish to modify your order, any difference in pricing for the revised order must be settled prior to processing the update. If the new order amount is lower than the original, a credit note for the balance amount will be issued, which may be availed within the stipulated validity period.
